TV anime "Sengoku Birds and Beasts Caricature" to start in October!　Popular actors including Yoshihiro Murai, Kunio Nakamura, and Hiroki Torigoe will appear in the show.

The TV anime "Sengoku Birds and Beasts Caricature" will start in October.



This is an animation work based on the motif of traditional Japanese ink paintings. Based on anecdotes and legends, the warlords of the Warring States period are made into original characters by comparing them to animals, and the historical aspects and casual daily interactions are depicted.

The first cast members include Yoshihiro Murai, who gained popularity in the TV drama "Masked Rider Decade" and the stage play "Weak Mushi Pedal," Kabuki actor Kunio Nakamura, who will assume the name "Nakamura Hashinosuke IV" in October 2016, as well as Hiroki Torigoe, Shin Nagahama, Masashi Mikami, and Tomoya Ishii, all of whom will appear in the film. The director is "Sengoku Nabe TV". Directed by Sumida Possumu, who has worked on numerous variety shows such as "Sengoku Nabe TV" and "Jikkousei Million Arthur," script by Kumamoto Hirotake, character design by Nielsen, and production by ILCA.
