Ramen "Menya Mune" opens in late July to early August! Salt ramen in roasted duck broth is the main attraction. 8/12 note: The name of the restaurant has been changed to "Hyakunen Honpo" & opens tomorrow, the 13th!

The ramen shop "Menya Mune" is scheduled to open in late July or early August.

The location is near Suehirocho Station, next to "Edomae Sushi Sakura-so" and on the site of "Echigo Soba Kanda Suehirocho".

The name of the restaurant has been changed to "Hyakunen Honpo" and the opening date has been set for noon on Saturday, August 13.
On the opening day, the first 200 customers will receive one free bowl of Chinese noodles with gravy.




Menya Mune is a ramen restaurant that specializes in salt ramen with roasted duck broth. The restaurant has four outlets in Takadanobaba, Nakameguro, Tokiwadai, and Himeji, and the Suehirocho outlet will be its fifth.

According to the
restaurant's blog, "Construction has started on a new restaurant to open in early August! The location is Akihabara! (30 second walk from Suehirocho station) 3-8-9 Sotokanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan Shoutoku Building 1F Please give our best regards to everyone in the neighborhood (^-^ Isuzu)".

According to the POP, they are also looking for new store staff (employees & part-timers).
