Tokyo Ramen Tower Akihabara Denkigai Branch, a ramen shop on a back street in Akihabara, closes on August 31.

Tokyo Ramen Tower Akihabara Denkigai branch, located next to the Dospara Parts Building, closed its doors on Wednesday, August 31.


Tokyo Ramen Tower is an affiliate of Kyushu Jangara, a Kyushu-style tonkotsu ramen restaurant with its main branch in Akihabara, and the Akihabara Electric Town branch (renamed from Kanda Myojinshita) is the second branch following the Shiba Daimon main branch.

It offered ramen dishes such as "Shoyu Ramen," which uses sweet soy sauce in the original sauce, and "Edo Sweet Miso Ramen," kneaded with miso from Tokyo. The restaurant will close about eight months after its opening on December 18, 2015.

According to the notice of the closure, "Please use the Shiba Daimon main branch in Hamamatsucho from now on (some of the menu items are different, so please check the website for details).
