Men's Figure Skating Anime "Yuri! on ICE", additional cast announced!　Satoshi Hino, Wataru Hatano, Shunichi Toki

Additional cast members and the ED theme have been announced for the TV anime "Yuri! on ICE," which will start in October, additional cast members and the ED theme have been announced.



Yuri!!! on ICE" is the first ever full-fledged men's figure skating anime. on ICE" is the first ever full-scale men's figure skating anime. It depicts the Grand Prix series in which skaters from various countries compete against each other in heated competitions, with cliffhanger skater Yuri Katsumo as the main character. Manga artist Mitsuro Kubo, who created "MOTEKI" and anime director Sayo Yamamoto, who worked on "MICHIKO and HACCHIN" and "LUPIN the Third: The Woman Named Fujiko Mine", have teamed up to create the original story. The character design is by Teishi Hiramatsu. Character design is by Teishi Hiramatsu, figure skating choreography by Kenji Miyamoto, and production by MAPPA.

Three additional cast members have been announced. Czechskater Emil Nekolawill be played bySatoshi Hino, Russian skater Giorgi Popovicby Wataru Hatano, and American skater Leo de la Iglesiaby Shunichi Toki. The ending theme will be "You Only Live Once" sung by Wataru Hatano .

The program will be broadcast on TV Asahi from 2:21am on Wednesdays startingOctober5, and on BS Asahi from 1:00 am on Sundays starting October 9.
