Kotobukiya Ekinaka Akihabara" opens on platform 5 of JR Akihabara Station! Former site of "MUJI comKIOSK Akihabara

Hobby store "Kotobukiya Ekinaka Akihabara" opened today, September 15 (Thursday), inside JR Akihabara Station.

It is located on the platform of JR Akihabara Station Line 5 (Sobu and Chuo Line local train bound for Ochanomizu and Shinjuku), onthe former site of "MUJI comKIOSK Akihabara" which was closed on August 24 (Wednesday).




Kotobukiya Ekinaka Akihabara is the second store in the Akihabara area, following Kotobukiya Akihabara-kan, operated by Kotobukiya, a hobby store owned by Kotobukiya Corporation.

According to the company's release, "The store will have a lineup of Kotobukiya products as well as general merchandise that can be purchased casually, making it a convenient store that is easy to stop by.

To commemorate the store's opening, the company is currently holding a lucky draw in which customers who spend 1,000 yen or more (including tax) can win gorgeous prizes. The period is from Thursday, September 15 to Friday, September 30.
