Patriot's "Hellfire M.2" series of NVMe M.2 SSDs now available

The Hellfire M.2 series of NVMe SSDsis now available from Patriot.

The lineup includes two models: the 240GB capacity model "PH240GPM280SDR" and the 480GB model "PH480GPM280SDR".




The PH240GPM280SDR and PH480GPM280SDR are PCIExpress3.0 x4 compatible M.2 SSDs that feature the Phison 5007 controller for fast transfer rates.

The PH240GPM280SSDR has transfer rates of 2,500MB/sec read and 850MB/sec write, and random access performance of 130,000 IOPS read and 205,000 IOPS write.

The PH480GPM280SSDR has transfer rates of 2,450MB/sec read and 850MB/sec write, and random access performance of 116, 000 IOPS read and 210,000 IOPS write.
