Inexpensive NVMe M.2 SSD Intel "SSD 600p" series now available

The SSD 600p series of inexpensive NVMe M.2 SSDs is now available from Intel.

The lineup includes three models: a 128GB capacity model, SSDPEKKW128G7X1; a 256GB model, SSDPEKKW256G7X1; and a 512GB model, SSDPEKKW512G7X1.




The "SSD 600p" series is an inexpensive PCIExpress3.0 x4 M.2 SSD that uses TLC NAND .

The "SSDPEKKW128G7X1" has a transfer rate of 770MB/sec read and 450MB/sec write, with random access performance of35,000Random Access Performance: 35,000 IOPS read , 91,500 IOPS write.

The SSDPEKKW256G7X1 has a read speed of 1,570MB/sec and write speed of 540MB/sec. Random Access Performance:71,000 IOPS read, 112,000 IOPS write.

The SSDPEKKW512G7 X1" has a transfer rate of 1,775MB/sec read and 560MB/sec write, and random accessperformance of 128,500 IOPS read and 128,000 IOPS write.
