An event report has arrived from the TV anime "Soshin Shoujo Matui" which will start in October.

The first original work by "WHITE FOX," a talented anime studio that has produced such works as "Is Your Order a Rabbit? and "Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu" etc. "Soshin Shoujo Ikura" is the first original work by the talented anime studio "WHITE FOX". It is a Japanese-style magical girl animation that depicts an ordinary girl who has gained the ability to exorcise evil spirits by wearing a deity, and she engages in demonic activities. Main animator Mai Toda, music by Tatsuya Kato, music production by Lantis, and produced by Infinite.

Event Report

On September 24 (Sat), an advance screening of the Japanese-style magical girl anime "Soshin Shoujo Arimitsu," which will finally begin airing on October 4 (Tue), 2016 on TOKYO MX and other channels, was held at the Togeki Theater. This is the first original animation by the talented studio "WHITE FOX," directed by Masayuki Sakoi of "The Method of the Heavenly Body" and series composition and script by Yosuke Kuroda, known for "Gundam Build Fighters" series and other works, bringing together a new genre and up-and-coming staff. The event will feature the first episode and the first screening of the first two episodes. The event included an advance screening of the first and second episodes, a talk corner with Ayaka Suwa, who plays the role of Emperor Arimitsu, Naomi Ozora, who plays the role of Yuma Kusanagi, and Masayuki Sakoi, the director, and a special live performance by Mia REGINA, who sings the OP theme song for this work.

In the talk corner held after the screening of the film, Ms. Suwa was asked about the role she plays, and she answered, "To put it simply, Maki-chan is a heroine who gets caught up in things. I would be happy if you could watch the movie and cheer her on as she gets involved, thinking how cute she is and how she tries her best. On the other hand, Ms. Ohzora said, "Yuma-chan is really energetic and doesn't listen to anyone's advice (laugh). (laugh). I enjoy playing the role of this mysterious girl who ad-libs spontaneously. After the talk corner by the cast and staff, which was full of hilarious talk, a special live performance was given by Mia REGINA, who sang the opening theme song "Bowknot Amulet," which enlivened the audience. As the fun event came to an end, the cast members gave their final messages. Ms. Ohzora said, "I am glad that you were able to see the show before it aired. Please look forward to the broadcast as well as the radio show we are doing. Ms. Suwa said, "I am also thrilled and excited that "Koushin Shoujo Matari" is finally starting. We are all having fun creating this new genre of Japanese magical girls. We hope you will look forward to it," she concluded, bringing the curtain down on the advance screening that had entertained many fans despite the unfortunate weather conditions.
