I was happy just to have the work in which I played the heroine released in theaters, but I was surprised when I heard the even happier news that you were releasing Misawa's best album in conjunction with the Blu-ray and DVD release of "Accel World: INFINITE∞∞BURST". I was surprised.

The title of the best album also coincides with the "-INFINITE Selection-".

Misawa: I tried to respect "Accel World: INFINITE∞BURST". My music career started with "Accel World," and the word "INFINITE" gives me a sense of the future, so I thought it was a good title.

─ ─ First of all, the first song is the latest song "Aloud. It is the image song of "Accel World INFINITE∞∞BURST.

Misawa: "Aloud" is the ending theme song for the TV anime "Accel World" and is an answer song to my debut song "Unite". The lyrics were written by Kanon Wakeshima, and Naoki "naotyu-" Chiba, who was in charge of arranging the music for "Unite", composed and arranged the music this time. I felt comfortable with these two, who have known Misawa since her debut, and when I listened to the finished song, it was fantastic.

─ How was the recording process?

Misawa: It had been a while since I sang a song under Misawa Sachika's name, so I was a bit anxious, but the staff arranged a prerecording day, so I could really work on my expression. I was able to sing without feeling self-conscious during the performance, and this time I was able to be deeply involved in the production by recording the instruments and being present during the trackdown. I was able to be deeply involved in the production of the song, and I felt once again that making music is fun!　I felt again how much fun it is to make music.

The intro of the song has a "Unite" feel to it, but it goes beyond that. When I listen back to the vocals, I realize that my vocal technique and expressiveness are different from when I debuted. I think I was able to present Misawa of 2016 to those who have been listening to my music for a long time.
