Autumn Anime "Drifters" - Interviews from the recording sessions have arrived!　Cast members talk about the highlights of each character.

An interview with the recording crew of the TV anime "Drifters," which will start in October, has arrived.

Drifters" is a TV anime based on Kota Hirano's manga serialized in Young King Hours. Set in an alternate world where elves and dwarves exist, it depicts the exploits of heroes from the past and present, such as Toyohisa Shimazu, Nobunaga Oda, Scipio, and Hannibal. Directed by Kenichi Suzuki, series composition and script by Hideyuki Kurata, character design by Ryoji Nakamori, and animation production by HOODS DRIFTERS STUDIO.

The cast members have now been interviewed during post-recording. Each of them talked about their own characters and highlights of the show. Also, on October 7, "Just before the first broadcast of 'DRIFTERS'," featuring Yuichi Nakamura playing Toyohisa Shimazu, Naoya Uchida playing Nobunaga Oda, and Mitsuki Saiga playing Yoichi Nasu, will be held on Abema! Q: What are the highlights of the character you play and what is your message?

Yuichi Nakamura / Toyohisa Shimazu
I am relieved and at the same time excited to finally be able to deliver to you this project that I have been working on for several years.
After all, the "Satsuma dialect" was the main issue this time!
Please take a look at how we incorporated it into the animation!

Naoya Uchida / Nobunaga Oda
I have had the opportunity to play Nobunaga several times in the past.
Nobunaga in Hirano's world is both eccentric and subtle.
He is truly an actor's delight!
I am looking forward to playing such a Nobunaga!
I hope you all enjoy playing Nobunaga in "Drifters" as much as I do.

Mitsuki Saiga / Yoichi Nasu
Although he is a beautiful boy who could easily pass for a woman, inside he is more like a "Han! He is a beautiful boy who looks like a woman, but inside he is a "Han! And above all, he is a master archer!
(I wondered if it would be difficult for him to play the drifters. I thought it would be difficult, but it is a very interesting work. The more you watch it, the more you get into it, so please don't miss it until the end!

Jo Aoyama/Hannibal
When you hear the name "Hannibal," you have the image of the movie title, so you think he might do something really cruel, right? But I liked the fact that he is a surprisingly good old man, and I think he may be the most healing character in the Drift series. Hmmm, I guess my favorite part of doing it is the scene where Hannibal gives advice to Nobunaga Oda.
What surprised me when I entered the recording studio was that all the actors were trying to go beyond the original work. I could feel that they were determined to make a good animated film, and I myself was really excited. I hope you will all watch this masterpiece and feel its passionate wind!

Hiroshi Ienaka/Scipio

Wataru Takagi / The Sundance Kid
You are one of the Wild Bunch robbers who, along with Butch Cassidy, committed numerous bank and train robberies in the U.S. in history. We are looking forward to seeing what he will be like in Drifters. I am reading the original story while looking forward to seeing how this duo, along with Daisuke Ono who plays Butch, will be involved in the film. I am looking forward to reading the original story, and I hope you are all looking forward to the broadcast as well.

Tatsuo Suzuki / Sunao Kanno
And the more I looked into it, the more I learned that he lives a bullshit life, and I recognized that the role has enough energy to make me think that Mr. Hirano's portrayal of Kanno is not a mistake. Therefore, I put as much energy into my voice as I did into my drawings, so that I could exhale the overflowing energy. I hope you enjoy watching it.

Takahiro Sakurai / Seimei Abe
I think the fact that he has formed the October Agency and is active in it speaks volumes about the greatness of Seimei.
His movements and words are cool, as if he is getting close to the essence of the other world in which he is performing!
The (Drifters) novel setting and unpredictable development are unbearable. It is super interesting.

Shiho Kojomon/Olmine
My character, Orminu, is the reddest of the Drifters members, and that alone makes her an eye-catching character, but her sharp wit in the gag scenes is also very appealing!
She also has a monologue that is told from her point of view, which makes it easy to get emotionally involved in the role.
I would be happy if you could look at Orminu's tits as well as her various other parts of the story!
