The ProgresTouch RETRO TKL series of tenkeyless keyboards with CHERRY MX switches is now on sale from Archesight.

The lineup consists of two types: a 91-key Japanese model (without kana printing) and an 87-key English model, each with brown, blue, black, or red key switches .




The ProgresTouch RETRO TKL series is a tenkeyless keyboard that uses CHERRY MX switches for the keys.

The keyboard body has a "step sculpture" structure with staircase-like steps on the keys to make it easier to reach all keys and reduce the burden on the fingers when typing, and two-color molded keycaps that do not erase characters due to wear. In addition, the DIP switch on the back of the main unit can be used to change or disable the key layout, and the N-key rollover and key repeat speed change functions are also provided.

The main specifications are as follows: main unit size is 360 (W) x 140 (D) x 37 (H) mm (not including the stand). The weight is 960g (excluding the USB cable). Connection interfaces are USB and PS/2 (using a dedicated conversion connector). Cable length is 1.8 m. Key pitch is 19 mm, key stroke is 4 ± 0.5 mm. Accessories include USB → PS/2 conversion adapter, USB cable (with dedicated cable band), replacement Ctrl and CapsLock keycaps, replacement Alt and Windows keycaps, keycap pull-out tool, etc.
