Announcing the results of Anipota's "2016 Summer Anime Satisfaction Popularity Poll!　The winner of the fierce dead heat at the end of the day was "Love Live! Sunshine!

On the anime portal "Anipota" operated by Akiba Research Institute, the official voting project "I'm crazy about it! 　 2016 Summer Anime Satisfaction Popularity Poll", which had been held since September 21 (Wed.), was closed on October 9 (Sun.). Since the last interim announcement on October 4, the top ranking has changed drastically. Among them, the No. 1 ranking, "Love Live! Sunshine! and "Time Travel Girl: Mari Waka and the Eight Scientists," which came in second, were in a dead heat in the latter half of the day due to organizational votes by each other's fans, but in the end, "Love Live! Sunshine!" In second place, "Time Travel Girl: Mari Waka and the 8 Scientists," a Saturday morning children's anime with science fiction elements, won the top spot thanks to the strong support it received from some anime fans.

The third-place winner, "NEW GAME!" and the fourth-place winner , "There's a Problem in This Art Club! were only one vote apart, making for a hotly contested battle for third place. Although these two titles were competing for the first and second places in the interim announcement, they lost out to the organizational votes for the two titles mentioned above, but they are still highly rated anime titles of this season, and their third and fourth places with a large margin over the fifth place and below are indeed a testament to their abilities.

The top five were all ranked with less than 500 votes, leaving a large gap between them and the top entries, but toward the end of the voting, "Activision Raid - Mobile Assault Room No.8 2nd" (6th) and "91Days" (7th) showed a large increase in votes.
