Two mothers with Apollo Lake, a power-saving SoC with a TDP of 10W, are available from ASRock!

Two fanless Mini-ITX motherboards with 10W TDP power-saving SoC "Apollo Lake" are now available from ASRock.

The lineup includes the "J4205-ITX" with Pentium J4205 (4 cores/4 threads, clock speed: 1.5GHz/2.6GHz with turbo boost ) and the "J3455-ITX" with Celeron J3455 (4 cores/4 threads, clock speed: 1.5GHz/2.3GHz with turbo boost). The "J3455-ITX " is equipped with the Celeron J3455 (4 cores/4 threads, clock speed: 1.5 GHz/2.3 GHz on turbo boost).

The J4205-ITX and J3455-ITX are equipped with Intel's new " Apollo Lake " SoC, the successor to the company's power-saving " Braswell" SoC, which supports DDR4 memory in addition to DDR3 memory. In addition, the GPU is equipped with the Intel HD Graphics 500 series, which is said to offer approximately 30% better performance than Braswell , and supports 4K output (4,096 x 2,016 dots @ 60Hz) when connected via HDMI 2.0. The J4205-ITX and J3455-ITX models only support DDR3 memory; DDR4 memory is not supported.
