Inexpensive NVMe M.2 SSD Intel "SSD 600p" series now includes a 1TB model!

The 1TB model of the inexpensive Intel NVMe M.2 SSD "SSD 600p" series , SSDPEKKW010TG7X1, is now available.




The SSD 600p series are inexpensivePCIExpress3.0 x4-compatible M.2 SSDsthat use TLC NAND, and include the 128GB "SSDPEKKW128G7X1", 256GB "SSDPEKKW256G7X1", and 512GB "SSDPEKKW512G7X1" models. G7X1" was released in September this year.


The SSDPEKKW010TG7X1 has a transfer rate of 1,800MB/sec read and 560MB/sec write, withrandom access performance of155,000 IOPS read and 128,000 IOPS write.
