Popular smartphone game "Schoolgirl Strikers" to become TV anime!　Broadcasting to begin in January 2017!

The TV anime "Schoolgirl Strikers Animation Channel" will begin airing in January 2017.

Schoolgirl Strikers Animation Channel" is a TV anime based on the popular smartphone game "Schoolgirl Strikers" (Square Enix), which was released in 2014 and currently has over 4 million downloads. The new "novel-style RPG" in which the girls lead the fight against "Oblivion" that is invading the world and follow the mysterious story with the girls will be visualized.

Along with the announcement of the TV anime adaptation, cast and staff information was also released. The cast will be the same as the original game, including Natsuori Ishihara, Rina Hidaka, Miyuki Sawashiro, Kana Hanazawa, and Yui Ogura, and will feature the same splendid voice cast as the original work. The staff includes director Hiroshi Nishikori of the "Toaru Majutsu no Index" series, series composition by Takaoka Yoshioka of "April is Your Lie" and "WORKING! and Yuichi Tanaka, also of "To Aru Majutsu no Index" fame, will be in charge of character design.
