The EXCERIA PRO M501 series of microSD cards with up to 270 MB/s read is now available!

The EXCERIA PRO M501 series of microSD cards with a maximum read capacity of 270 MB/s is now available from Toshiba.

The lineup includes two models: the 64GB capacity model THN-M501G0640C7 and the 32GB capacity model THN-M501G0320C7.

The EXCERIA PRO M501 series is a UHS-II Class 3 microSDHC/SDXC card featuring high transfer rates of up to 270 MB/s read and 150 MB/s write.

The body measures 15 x 11 x 1 mm and weighs approximately 0.4 g.
