Anime Film "Pripara the Movie: Minna de Kagayake! Kirarin☆Star Live!" will be released on March 4, 2017.

Prepara" is a TV animation based on the popular arcade game for girls. It depicts ordinary girls competing as idols in a stage called "Pripara" and aiming for the grand prix. The series is popular not only among girls but also adults, and the third season is currently airing.

The fourth movie version , "Pripara the Movie: Minna de Kagayake! Kirarin☆Star Live! was announced at a mini live and talk show event for the official SS (fan club) held on October 29. Akaneya Himatsu, who plays the main character Raa Manaka, and Tanaka Mimi, who plays her younger sister Manaka Non, took the stage at the event and were pleased with the announcement together with the fans. The movie will be released on March 4, 2017 (Sat) at Shinjuku Wald 9 and other theaters nationwide.

At the event, Akaneya-san and Tanaka-san appeared in the costumes the sisters actually wear in the movie and sang "Brand New Dreamer" for the first time, which greatly enlivened the audience. Ms. Tanaka said, "This is my first Pripara event, so my legs are wobbling with nervousness. My score is about 30, so I want to do better! She also commented on her first costume, "This is the first time I've worn such a frilly costume! It's so cute! It's so cute!
