Toshiba is now selling the THN-N101K1280A6 (overseas model), a 128GB model in the EXCERIA PRO M501 series ofSD cards with a maximum readcapacity of260MB/s.




The THN-N101K1280A6 is part of the company's UHS-II Class 3 compatibleSDHC/SDXC card "EXCERIA PRO N101" series and features high transfer rates of up to 260MB/s read and 150MB/s write (240MB/s for 64GB/32GB/16GB models). (240MB/s for 64GB/32GB/16GB models) .
