TV Anime "MYOMISHINBO", 45 popular episodes from the digitally remastered version, distributed exclusively on GYAO!　BD & DVD-BOX release commemoration

GYAO! will exclusively distribute 45 popular episodes from "MYOMISHINBO [Digitally Remastered Edition]" in advance.

Based on the popular manga (original by Satoshi Ganiya, illustrated by Akira Hanasaki) serialized in Shogakukan's "Big Comic Spirits" since 1983, "Meshinbo" was a TV animation series broadcast from 1988 to 1992 (total 136 episodes, 2 special editions). The series has become a national hit that delves into the essence of food and lifestyle through the feud between the main character, Shiro Yamaoka, and his father, Yuuzan Umehara, and their cooking confrontation.

In commemoration of the December 21 release of the digitally remastered Blu-ray and DVD BOX 1 ( # ), GYAO! will exclusively distribute 45 episodes, which are popular among fans, starting November 1. For more details, please visit the special site ( #).

Story
Shiro Yamaoka and Yuko Kurita, both reporters in the cultural department of Tozai Shimbun, are assigned to create the "ultimate menu" as a commemorative project for the company's 100th anniversary. However, a rival newspaper, Teito Shimbun, launched a project called "The Supreme Menu" under the supervision of Yuuzan Kaihara, who presides over the Gastronomy Club.
Here begins the "ultimate" versus "supreme" father-son duel between Yuyama Kaihara and Shiro Yamaoka, which unfolds through cooking!
