OVA "Kubiki Recycle: Blue Savant and the Master of Gags," released on November 30, 2012, with a trailer using footage from Volume 2!

A new trailer for the OVA "Kubiki Recycle: Blue Savant and the Master of Nonsense" has been released.

Kubiki Recycle: Blue Savant and the Master of Nonsense" is the debut novel by Ishin Nishio, known for his "Monogatari" series and "The Memorandum of Imahiko Okitegami" published by Kodansha Novels in 2002, which also won the 23rd Mephisto Award. The "Gigaku Series" that began with this work has been immensely popular.
The OVA based on this work is scheduled for release on Blu-ray and DVD in eight volumes.The film will be directed by Akiyuki Shinbo, written by Tomiyako Azuma and Akiyuki Shinbo, written by Yukito Kizawa (Light Works), designed by Akio Watanabe, and directed by Yuki Yase, all of whom are also familiar with the anime version of the "Monogatari" series. The music is by Yuki Kajiura.
