Smartphone RPG "Fate/Grand Order" to be adapted into anime

In the smartphone application "Fate/Grand Order," players become masters in a world where the future has been lost and follow characters called "Servants" on a journey back in time called the Holy Grail Quest (Grand Order).... The game is an RPG in which players become masters and travel back in time with their Servants, or Eiri-Spirits, on a journey called the "Grand Order" to find the Holy Grail.... It is currently highly popular, with over 7 million downloads.

It has now been revealed that a feature-length TV anime special will be produced. The title is "Fate/Grand Order -First Order-" and it is scheduled to air at the end of 2016. The key visual, staff and cast information have also been released, and the official anime website ( # ) has been opened.
