A new NVMe-compatible M.2 SSD model with 1TB capacity, the MZVLW1T0HMLH-00000, is now available from SAMSUNG.




The MZVLW1T0HMLH-00000 is part of the company's PM961 series of M.2 SSDs that use TLC NAND and feature a high transfer rate of up to 3,000 MB/s read.

The 1TB model "MZVKW1T0HMLH-00000" of the higher-end "SM961" series with a maximum read speed of 3,200MB/s was released early last month.

The main specifications are:read: up to 3,000 MB /sec, write: up to 1,150 MB/sec, random read: 360,000 IOPS, random write: 280,000 IOPS. the connection interface is PCI Express 3.0 x4 and the board size is Type 2280.
