Winter Anime "Jujo Senki" Announces Additional Cast Members!　Saori Hayami, Shinichiro Miki, Hochu Otsuka, Tetsuaki Genda

Additional cast and main staff information has been announced for the TV anime "Jujo Senki," which will start in January 2017.

The TV anime "Joshi Senki" is based on the novel of the same title by Carlo Zen (published by KADOKAWA, currently on sale up to volume 6). Set in an alternate world where magic and firearms exist, the story follows Tanya Degretshav, a blonde-haired, blue-eyed young girl who is an air mage officer in the Imperial Army, as she fights to gain status and power.

Additional cast members for this work were announced at the "Overlord" x "Juvenile Senki" joint press conference held on November 24. It was announced that Saori Hayami will play the role of Visha, Shinichiro Miki will play the role of Rergen, and Hochu Otsuka and Tetsuaki Genda will play the roles of Zetua.

The main staff has also been announced, with Yasushi Uemura of "Punch Line" fame as director, Yuji Hosokoshi, sub-character designer for "GATE" and illustrator for "Sword Dance," as character designer and chief animation director, and Kenta Inohara of "Ajin" and "Zankin no Terror" as series composition and script writer, Animation production will be handled by NUT.
