The cast and broadcast information for the TV anime "Chiruran: Nibun no Ichi," which will start in January 2017, has been released.

Chiruran Nibun-no-ichi" is a TV anime based on a spin-off manga by Eiji Hashimoto (artist) and Shinya Umemura (author) of the manga "Chiruran: Shinsengumi Requiem," a comedy that depicts the loose daily lives of the cute and deformed Shinsengumi soldiers (both works are (Both works are serialized in North Stars Pictures' "Monthly Comic Zenon").

According to the cast information released this time, the main character Hijikata Toshizo will be played by Suzuki Tatsuo. He has played many popular characters such as Makoto Tachibana of "Free!" series and Ranmaru Kurosaki of "Uta no Prince Sama!
