Soba Cold Barley Sagatani Akihabara branch, popular for its freshly ground and freshly beaten Jyuwari soba, opens today, Saturday, October 10, at 11:00 a.m!

Soba Noodle Restaurant "Soba Cold Barley Sagatani Akihabara Branch", a popular soba restaurant with jyuwari soba, will open today, December 10 (Sat.) at 11:00 a.m.

The location is on PC Parts Street, next to the Dospara Parts Building and across from Sambo, which specializes in beef bowls.It is the former site of " Tokyo Ramen Tower Akihabara Denkigai," which closed in August this year.




Soba Reimugi Sagaya Akihabara is the newest branch of Soba Reimugi Sagaya, a chain of seven soba restaurants in Tokyo, featuring inexpensive freshly ground and freshly beaten juwari soba made from buckwheat flour ground with a millstone in the restaurant.

According to the sample on the eaves of the building, the menu includes "Nisiki Nippai Morisoba: 550 yen," "Aji Negiten: 150 yen," "Chikuwa Ten: 110 yen," "Kakiage: 110 yen," " Premium Malts: 150 yen (!?)," Natto soba: 490 yen, Aji-negiten soba: 440 yen, Tempura soba: 400 yen, etc.
