I want to be everyone's cheer leader

───Please tell us about the circumstances leading up to this live concert.

Kasahara Personally, I love both acting and singing equally, and as an actor, I have been performing once a month since last year under the name "Ohanashika. I have been doing book readings once a month as an actor since last year, but as for singing, it was hard for me to say "Let's do it right away! I had a hard time choosing the right venue and the right songs to sing. I wanted to start from the very beginning of choosing a live music venue and deciding on a concept, and I also wanted to do some theatrical performances, so it was difficult for me to switch my mind to "Let's do a live concert! I wanted to start from choosing a live music venue and deciding on a concept, and I also wanted to think about the play and other things. Because of this, I thought that once a year would be a good pace. And since a year has passed since last year's Christmas concert, we decided to do it again at the same time this year. Eventually, we would like to do a live concert not only for Christmas but for every season, and hope that it will become a daily source of inspiration for everyone to "work hard until the next concert. I hope that this live concert will be a starting point for that.

─ You would like to become more and more active in your musical activities in the future, wouldn't you?

Kasahara That's right. I myself feel that music is an essential part of my life, and I would like to be involved in some way. To be honest, in the past, there was a side of me that was doing what was given to me, saying, "Next time, this song," or "Next time, a live performance. Even so, I somehow felt a sense of accomplishment. But at some point, I began to feel that I wanted to sing the songs of singer Hiroko Kasahara, as many of her songs were created with a lot of love and care. Also, remembering the old days gives me some kind of power, doesn't it? My fans have grown up a bit, and I began to think that I could help them by making them feel nostalgic and positive. I have never worked in a company before, but I would be happy to be a cheerleader for people who are going through hard times in their daily work.
