Autumn Anime "Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru" Cast Group Photo Arrives from the Recording Site of the Final Episode!　New projects continue to be planned after the broadcast!

From the TV anime "Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru," a group photo of the cast of the final episode and a new project have been announced.

The TV anime "Toukendanbu-Hanamaru" is based on the sword training simulation game "Toukendanbu-ONLINE-", which is popular mainly among women. It depicts the earnest and carefree lives of the "sword fighters" who are inspired to prevent "historical revisionists" from altering history. Directed by Takashi Naoya, character design by Junichiro Taniguchi, series composition and script by Pierre Sugiura, and production by Animation Studio. Also scheduled to air in 2017 is "Sword Dance (tentative title)" produced by ufotable.

The TV anime "Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru" recently finished airing to favorable reviews. A group photo of the cast from the last episode, in which a total of 47 swordsmen appeared, has been released. The photo shows all the members in a "Hanamaru" pose, which conveys the friendly atmosphere of the event.

In addition, as a token of appreciation to the fans who have supported the TV anime, three events titled "Hanamaru ◎ Great Appreciation Festival! to thank fans for their support of the TV anime.

Special event "Hanamaru◎Biyori" to be held on February 5, 2017 (Sun.) A large tree of "a certain Honmaru" will appear on the wall of the venue! Please write your message for the anime "Touken Ranbu Hanamaru" and the swordsmiths on the tanzaku strips provided at the venue, and attach them to the tree.
Messages submitted via the application form on the official website ( touken-hanamaru.jp) will also be printed on the tanzaku design and displayed on the wall with the big tree.
