Anime Film "LUPIN THE ⅢRD: Ishikawa Gomon in the Smoke of Blood" Reveals New Cuts!　A report on the premiere screening with Daisuke Namikawa on stage has also arrived!

New cuts from the animated film "LUPIN THE IIIRD: Ishikawa Gomon in the Smoke of Blood," which will be released on February 4, 2017.

This is the latest in the "LUPIN THE IIIRD" series, following the theatrical anime "LUPIN THE IIIRD: Tombstone of Daisuke Tsugimoto," which was produced in 2014 as "Lupin III" for adults and received a great response. The story depicts the moment when the young swordsman Ishikawa Gomon awakens to his strongest. The director and animation director is Ken Koike, who worked on the character design for "LUPIN the Third: The Woman Named Fujiko Mine"; series composition and screenplay are by Yuya Takahashi, who worked on the series composition for the fourth series of "Lupin the Third" broadcast in 2015; film director Katsuhito Ishii serves as creative advisor; and music is by James Shimojita The music is by James Shimoji, and the animation is produced by Telecom Animation Films.

The cuts that have been released are all scenes depicting the cool and sexy, masculine and cute Gemon. The scenes depicting Gemon's defeat at the hands of his immortal enemy, Hawk, and then his rise to the top again are just the kind of "Gemon, in a pinch" scenes that will make viewers anticipate the full-length film with great anticipation. The film will run 54 minutes and is rated PG12, the same rating as the previous film "Tombstone of Daisuke Dimentional".

This film depicts the weight of the action of Gomon pulling out the Zantetsu Ken (iron sword).
There is the drama of the sword being the first sword to be drawn after overcoming pain, sorrow, and anger.
I hope that you will witness the moment when Hawk, a powerful enemy, triggers a battle between two men who also wield blades, and that you will witness his awakening as "Ishikawa Gomon".
