From the TV anime "Touken Ranbu Hanamaru-", the collaboration event at "Oedo Onsen Monogatari" started today, and illustrations of swordsmen in yukata (summer kimono) have been released.

The TV anime "Touken Ranbu Hanamaru" is based on the sword training simulation game "Touken Ranbu ONLINE," which is popular mainly among women. It depicts the earnest and carefree lives of the "sword men" who are inspired to prevent "historical revisionists" from altering history. Directed by Takashi Naoya, character design by Junichiro Taniguchi, series composition and script by Pierre Sugiura, and production by Animation Studio. Also scheduled to air in 2017 is "Sword Dance (tentative title)" produced by ufotable.

A collaboration event with "Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru" started today at the hot spring theme park "Oedo Onsen Monogatari" in Odaiba, Tokyo. Illustrations of swordsmen in yukata (summer kimono) were also unveiled.

The collaboration event will be held on February 5, 2017, at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture. at Makuhari Messe on February 5, 2017. Kanetaro Itagaki, who sings the theme song of the game version, "Mugen Ranbusho," will perform and sing the song live, and an illustration of SD sword men for the event has been unveiled. In addition, it was announced that all event visitors will receive an amulet, which also appeared in the main anime. The amulet comes with herbal incense and has a refreshing aroma.
