TV anime "Katsugeki Tatsuranbu" to begin airing in July 2017!　Latest Key Visual & PV Revealed!

The TV anime "Katsugeki Tatsuranbu" will begin airing in July 2017.

The popular sword training simulation game "Touken Ranbu-ONLINE-" started service in January 2015 and quickly surpassed 1.5 million registered users. The game, which is currently being developed into a media mix including stage performances and musicals, has been announced to be adapted into a double anime by "Touken Ranbu - Hanamaru-" (broadcast from October 2016) produced by Animation Studio and a work produced by ufotable.

It was announced that the official title of the TV anime produced by ufotable will be "Katsugeki Toukendanbu". The latest key visual, main staff, and broadcast information have also been revealed.

Along with the announcement of the official title, a second PV featuring Izumimori Kanetada, Mutsumori Yoshiyuki, and Horikawa Kunihiro has been released, and the official website ( # ) has been renewed and the official Twitter ( @katsugekitouken ) has been moved.
