Side-flow type CPU coolers compatible with KabyLake-S are now on sale from Size.

The lineup consists of two models: the "MUGEN5" (model number: SCMG-5000) with six 6mm-diameter heat pipes and the "IZUNA" (model number: SCIZN-1000I) with three 6mm-diameter heat pipes.




The "MUGEN5" is a side-flow type CPU cooler consisting of six 6mm-diameter heat pipes, a large aluminum heat sink, and a 120mm PWM fan.

The company's original offset design on the body eliminates physical interference between the fan and memory, and the newly designed "bridge-type retention with spring screw specification" on the base of the heatsink improves ease of installation and fixing force.

Furthermore, the fan is a "KAZE FLEX" 120mm PWM fan with a maximum speed of 1,200 rpm and anti-vibration rubber for quietness.

The main specifications are as follows: the main unit measures 130 (W) x 110 (D) x 154.5 (H) mm and weighs 890 g (including the included fan). The onboard fan has a speed: 300 (±300) rpm to 1,200 rpm (±10 %), airflow: 16.6 to 51.17 CFM, and noise: 4.0 to 24.9 dBA.

Supported CPUs are LGA 775/1150/1151/1155/1156/1366/2011/2011(V3), Socket AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+/FM1/FM2/FM2+.


IZUNA" is a side-flow CPU cooler with a total height of 15mm, consisting of three 6mm-diameter heat pipes, an aluminum heat sink, and a 120mm PWM fan.

The company's original offset design eliminates physical interference between the fan and memory, and the "Intel push-pin system" is used for the cooler's fixing clips, making it easy for even beginners to install the cooler.

The fan is equipped with a 120mm PWM fan "KAZE-ZYUNI" with a maximum speed of 1,400 rpm, providing well-balanced cooling performance.

The main specifications are as follows: body size is 130 (W) x 83 (D) x 145 (H) mm, and weight is 590 g (including the included fan). The installed fan has a speed: 300 (±300) rpm to 1,400 rpm (±10 %), airflow: 5.6 to 79.0 CFM, and noise: 3.0 to 28.0 dBA.
