Gashapon "Mobile Suit Gundam EXCEEDED MODEL ZAKU HEAD" to appear in mid-February!　A full-fledged display model for just one coin!

Bandai will release "Mobile Suit GUNDAM EXCEEDED MODEL ZAKU HEAD" sequentially from mid-February 2017.

The "Mobile Suit Gundam EXCEEDED MODEL ZAKU HEAD" is a new item that will appear in capsule vending machines (Gashapon), and is a display model that precisely reproduces the head of the mobile suit "Zaku" that appears in the "Mobile Suit Gundam" anime series.
The unique feature of this model is that it uses a "shell structure" in which a spherical product comes straight out of the vending machine, rather than the plastic capsules that are typical of conventional capsule vending machines, and this allows for a volume that is not limited to the standard capsule size.

When completed, the figure is one of the largest in the history of Gashapon (front-to-back width: approx. 100 mm, height: approx. 65 mm *excluding the antenna). In addition to gimmicks such as the opening and closing of the top of the head and pipe base and the movable mono-eye, even the exterior and internal mechanics have been precisely reproduced, making this an extremely attractive item.

The price is 500 yen (including tax) per capsule, and the lineup includes three types: MS-06S Char Exclusive Zaku II, MS-06F Mass Production Type Zaku II, and MS-06R-1A High Mobility Type Zaku II (Black Triple Star). The new capsules will be available at toy stores and mass merchandisers nationwide starting in mid-February 2017.
