The second episode of the TV anime "Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju - Sukeroku Again Arc-", which is currently airing on TV, has been released with a synopsis and advance cuts.

Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju" is a manga serialized in "ITAN" (Kodansha) by Haruko Kumoda. The story centers on Yorakutei Yakumo, a lone rakugo storyteller who is called "the last master of the Showa era," and Yotaro, who fell in love with his rakugo and became his apprentice. The second season, "Sukeroku Again Arc," depicts Yotaro, who became a professional actor and succeeded to the "Sukeroku" name.

Episode 2
Yotaro's past as an ex-convict yakuza is exposed by a weekly magazine. The wide TV show is in an uproar over this scandal in the rakugo world, but Yotaro himself is having none of it. Yotaro appeared to be uninterested in the storytelling, but his impatience was clearly evident in his rakugo performance. His TV work has dropped drastically, and the audience at the theater has become even more demanding. Yotaro's frustration is growing, but it seems that the scandal is not the only cause of his frustration. ......
