GIGABYTE "BRIX" series of compact barebones with KabyLake are now on sale

GIGABYTE is now selling new models of the BRIX, a compact barebone with KabyLake.

The lineup consists of two models: the Core i7-7500U model "GB-BKi7HA-7500" and the Core i3-7100U model "GB-BKi3HA-7100.




The GB-BKi7HA-7500 and GB-BKi3HA-7100 are compact barebone kits that use Intel's 7th generation Core i series "KabyLake U" CPU for mobile applications.


The KabyLake U CPU has a higher operating clock speedthan the previous Skylake Uandfeatures improved graphics capabilities with the HD Graphics 620 built-in GPU.

Both models share the same specifications except for the installed CPU, withDDR4 SO-DIMM x 2 (maximum 32GB) memory support.Other features include Gigabit LAN, Wi-Fi (802.11ac)/Bluetooth 4.2, M.2 x 1 ( Type 2280 ), USB 3.1 Type-C, USB 3.1, USBMini DisplayPort and HDMI monitor output ports. The supported OS is Windows 10 (64bit).

The main unit measures 46.8 x 112.6 x 119.4 mm.
