Winter anime "Little Witch Academia" releases music video for ED theme "Hoshi wo Trace"! Check out the singing voice!

The music video of the ending theme "Hoshi wo Trace" from the TV anime "Little Witch Academia" has been released.



Little Witch Academia" is an original short animation produced by TRIGGER and directed by Yoh Yoshinari, which was released in 2013 as a part of "Anime Mirai 2013," a project by the Agency for Cultural Affairs to foster young animators. In 2015, "Little Witch Academia: Magic Parade" was released and has been highly acclaimed by anime fans around the world. In the long-awaited new TV anime series, the story begins anew with the main character Akko's arrival at the prestigious witch training school "Luna Nova School of Magic" where the story takes place.

The music video (short ver.) of the ending theme "Hoshi wo Trace" by Yuko Ohara has been released. Ms. Ohara is a singer-songwriter who made her major debut with "Magic Parade," the ending theme of her previous work, "Little Witch Academia: Magic Parade," and the video is a great opportunity to enjoy her singing voice.

The CD is scheduled for release on February 22, 2017, and will be priced at 1,600 yen (excluding tax) for the anime disc (includes an anime newly-drawn jacket, DVD with non-credit ending, booklet) and 1,600 yen (excluding tax) for the artist disc (includes artist newly-drawn jacket, photo book), The regular edition is 1,200 yen (tax not included). The opening theme song "Shiny Ray" sung by YURiKA will also be released on the same day.
