A new model of the compact barebone "BRIX" that uses Intel's 7th generation Core i series "KabyLake U" CPU for mobile use.

The KabyLake U CPU has ahigher operating clock speedthan thepreviousSkylake Uandfeatures improved graphics capabilities through the use of the HD Graphics 620 built-in GPU.

Both models share the same specifications except for the installed CPU, withDDR4 SO-DIMM x 2 (max. 32GB) memory support. Supported storageincludes 1 x7mm/9.5mm thick 2.5" HDD/SSD (6Gbps SATA connection), Gigabit LAN, Wi-Fi (802.11ac)/Bluetooth 4.2, 1 x M.2 ( Type 2280 ), USB 3.1 Type-C, USB 3.1, USBMini DisplayPort and HDMI monitor output ports. The supported OS is Windows 10 (64bit).

The main unit measures 46.8 x 112.6 x 119.4 mm.
