2.5-inch SSD ADATA "ASU800SS-1TT-C" with 1TB capacity 3D NAND is now on sale

The 2.5-inch SSD " ASU800SS-1TT-C " with 3D NAND flash is now on sale from ADATA.

The ASU800SS-1TT-C is part of the company's "Ultimate SU800 SSD" series of 2.5-inch SSDs that use 3D TLC NAND flash , and is the largest capacity 1TB model in the series. The 128GB/256GB/512GB capacity models were released last September.

In addition to the SMI controller with dual cache function of SLC cache and DRAM cache, it also employs the "Advanced LDPC ECC Engine" with low-density parity check error correction code and the "RAID Engine" with data integrity function.

The main specifications are as follows: body size is 100.45 x 69.85 x 7 mm, weight is 47.5 g. Transfer rate is sequential read: max. 560 MB/s, write: max. 520 MB/s. MTTF is 2 million hours.
