Anime "YAMUSUME PEDAL NEW GENERATION", Blu-ray&DVD initial bonus information announced! Including a newly drawn manga featuring Todo Jyuhachi!

Information on the first Blu-ray & DVD bonus package of the TV anime "WIMUSHI PEDAL NEW GENERATION" currently being broadcast has been announced.



The anime series is based on the manga of the same title by Wataru Watanabe, which is serialized in "Weekly Shonen Champion" (Akita Shoten), and the battles and dramas of high school students who put their all into cycling road races are popular among a wide range of people. As the title suggests, "NEW GENERATION" features the passionate drama of the "New Generation Team" of Sohoku High School Cycling Club, including the main character, Sakamichi Onoda.

It was announced that the first volume of "Weak Pedal NEW GENERATION" Blu-ray & DVD will be released on April 12. The first volume will contain episodes 1 and 2, which will be the beginning of the story. In addition, the first volume will also include a booklet featuring a new series of "Todo Jyuhachi" version from the spin-off manga "Weak Pedal SPARE BIKE" by the original author, Wataru Watanabe.

This manga booklet will continue to be included in the fourth volume of "WIMUSU PEDAL NEW GENERATION" Blu-ray & DVD, and will consist of four volumes. Volume 1 also includes a situation drama CD "Touring CD" that makes you feel like you are training with the five members of the new generation team Sohoku, and an outer case that has been newly drawn. The video bonus includes a non-credit opening movie, a collection of commercials and PVs, and an ending short animation (C part) that you can enjoy right after the main story of each episode.
