Blu-ray of "GHOST IN THE SHELL" is now available at a special price.

GHOST IN THE SHELL" is an anime film directed by Mamoru Oshii and released in 1995. This science fiction film depicts a skilled hacker "Puppeteer" and his pursuers, including Motoko Kusanagi and other members of Public Security Section 9, in the year 2029 A.D. It has received high acclaim in Japan, the United States, and other countries around the world.

It has been announced that the Blu-ray of this film will be released on April 7, 2017 at a special price. This is in commemoration of the nationwide release of the Hollywood live-action film "Ghost in the Shell" ( # ) starring Scarlett Johansson on the same day, and will include bonus footage such as a making-of featurette that will be recorded for the first time on Blu-ray.
