The MZ-V6P1T0B/IT, a 1TB model of the SSD 960 PRO series, an M.2 SSD with a maximum read capacity of 3,500 MB/s , is now available from SAMSUNG.





The MZ-V6P1T0B/IT is an NVMeM.2 SSD with a PCI Express 3.0 x4 connection that uses V-NAND technology tovertically stack memory cells in a three-dimensional arrangement,and features high transfer speeds of up to 3,500MB/s sequential read and 2,100MB/s write. The main specification is that the onboard controller is SSD.

The main specifications include a Samsung Polaris controller,31GB of LPDDR cache memory, and a "Dynamic Thermal Guard" function that reduces the transfer rate when the internal temperature exceeds 70 degrees Celsius to prevent heat-related problems.
