The opening theme has been announced for the TV anime "Sakurada Reset," which will start in April 2017.
Sakurada Reset" is the debut novel (KADOKAWAA Kadokawa Bunko/Sneaker Bunko) by Yutaka Kono, known for his "Staircase Island" series, and is set in "Sakurada", a town where people with abilities gather, where Kei Asai, a high school student with the ability to "retain memories" and never forget what she has seen and heard, and Misora Harusaki, a girl with the ability to "reset" the world, go back in time and change it in three days. In addition to the TV anime, a live-action movie is scheduled to be released in spring 2017.
The TV anime staff includes director Shinya Kawamatsu of "Carefree" fame, series composition by Katsuhiko Takayama of "ef - a tale of memories" fame, and character design by Tomoyuki Shimotani of "Bakuman. The animation is produced by david production of "planetarian".

At Yui Makino's solo live concert "YUI MAKINO LIVE-Thanx Beginning♪-" held on January 22 (Sun.), it was announced that the opening theme of this work will be Makino's new song "Reset". The song was written and arranged by Shunsuke Takizawa, a classmate of Ms. Makino's from her days at Tokyo College of Music, and Ms. Makino herself is in charge of piano performance. Other detailed information will be announced at a later date.
