The year is 1924. While fighting continues between the Allied Forces in the north and the Republican Army in the west, Tanya, who is now a military university student, is enjoying her university life in the safety of the Imperial City in the rear. Even though it is a military university, the treatment is the same as that of a regular university. She even received a salary at the government's expense, a truly blessed environment.
Tanya's knowledge and efficiency enabled her to complete her classroom lectures and on-the-job training to the best of her ability, and she was highly regarded by her instructors and peers. Meanwhile, the General Staff took seriously the fact that the Western Area Army was on the verge of collapse due to the invasion of the Republican Army, and was hurrying to reinforce its readiness to respond. With the strong prospect that a large-scale reorganization of military districts would be difficult, the Deputy Chief of the War Office, Zoeteur, proposed the creation of a new quick-reaction force.
