Switch cable that allows you to create your own USB-connected input device Rooter "RI-SWCB" series is now on sale

The "RI-SWCB" series of switch cables, which allow users to create their own USB-connected input devices, is now on sale from Rooter.

The lineup includes three models: the "RI-SWCB1" model for one switch, the "RI-SWCB3" model for three switches, and the "RI-SWCB6" model for six switches.

The "RI-SWCB" series is a switch cable that allows users to create their own USB-connected input device by connecting a separately prepared switch.

When this cable is connected to a PC, it is recognized as a USB keyboard, and the user can assign keyboard, mouse operations, multimedia keys, and game pad functions to the switches, which can then be operated as assigned by the included configuration software.

The settings are stored in the cable's USB connector, so the same operations can be performed even when the cable is connected to a different PC. Note that the 3-switch and 6-switch models do not support simultaneous pressing of multiple switches.

The main specifications are: connection interface is USB; cable length is 2.2 m; supported systems are Windows 2000/XP/VISTA/7/8/8.1/10; screen resolution of 1,024 x 768 dots or higher. Included are an 8cm CD-ROM (setup software) and a simple instruction manual.
