An official report from the completion preview of the anime film "SWORD ART ONLINE THE MOVIE -Ordinal Scale-," which will be released on February 18, 2017, has arrived.

Sword Art Online" is an anime work based on the novel by Reki Kawahara, winner of the 15th Dengeki Novel Award (Grand Prize), which depicts the activities of the main character Kirito in the mysterious next generation online game "Sword Art Online". The second season was broadcast from July to December 2014, and a completely new anime movie "SWORD ART ONLINE THE MOVIE -Ordinal Scale-" is scheduled to be released on February 18, 2017.

On January 30, a completion announcement preview with a stage greeting by luxury guests was held at Shinjuku Wald 9 in Tokyo. On stage to greet the audience were Sadacheng Matsuoka, who played the main character Kirito, Haruka Tomatsu, who played the heroine Asuna, and director Tomohiko Ito. They spoke about their impressions of the film, the appeal of the "Sword Art Online" series that has continued from the original novel, and the highlights of the film version.
