The anime portal "Anipota" operated by Akiba Research Institute is currently holding an "Anime Popularity Poll Creation Campaign. In conjunction with this campaign, the purpose of this project is to introduce interesting voting pages created by users over several issues. The theme chosen for the first installment was "Valentine's Day Project, Best Kappuru Character Ranking 2017," created by Tizze. In honor of Valentine's Day, which is already next week, the poll was to choose the best couple appearing in an anime work.
