Hasegawa will release the plastic model "VF-19EF/A Isamu Special "Macross F"" from "Macross F the Movie: Sayonara no Tsubasa" in March 2017.

The VF-19EF/A Isamu Special is the aircraft that appeared in the climactic scene of "Macross F the Movie: Sayonara no Tsubasa" released in 2011, in which Isamu Dyson, the main character of "Macross Plus" who joined the S.M.S., is given the VF-19EF/A Isamu Special by Jan Neumann of New Industry. It features VF-25 super parts added to the main wings.
Side view. The S.M.S markings on each part are also reproduced with decals.
This kit from Hasegawa is a version of the YF-19 "Macross Plus" with added main wing super parts for the VF-25. In addition, attachment parts for attaching the same parts to the main wings, super parts for the legs/shoulders, and a pilot figure wearing the S.M.S suit are reproduced with newly molded parts. The silhouette, which has gained in strength by being equipped with super parts, is a very attractive item.
In addition, the package illustration will be done by Hideki Tenjin.
Super parts for the legs and other parts will be added in a new mold.
The size is 1/72 scale, priced at 4,200 yen (excluding tax), and is scheduled to ship on March 14, 2017. Pre-orders are currently being accepted at model stores.
