A 3mm-thick model is now available for "minus pad 8," a heat-conductive sheet that supports -100°C to 200°C!

Shinwa Sangyo has released the 3mm-thick model "TG-MP8-120-20-30-1R" of the thermal conduction sheet " minus pad 8 " featuring high thermal conduction effect and flexibility.

The "TG-MP8-120-20-30-1R" is a thermal conductive sheet that can be used from -100°C to 200°C. The sheet is made of ceramic, silicon, and microfiber.

By using ceramic, silicon, and microparticulated aluminum oxide as materials, it features a high thermal conductivity of 8.0 W/m-k while maintaining flexibility. Furthermore, it can be easily cut with a cutter knife or other tools to fit the size of the installation surface.

The rectangular type (120 (width) x 20 (depth) x 3.0 (thickness) mm) is now available, while the square (100 x 100 mm) and rectangular (120 x 20 mm) 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, and 2 mm thick models were already released in 2015.
