TV anime "Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju - Sukeroku Again Arc-", episode 8 synopsis and advance scene cuts have arrived!

The synopsis and preceding scene cuts for episode 8 of the currently airing TV anime "Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju - Sukeroku Again Arc-" have been released.

Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju" is a manga serialized in "ITAN" (Kodansha) by Haruko Unda. The story centers on Yorakutei Yakumo, a lone rakugo storyteller who is called "the last master of the Showa era," and Yotaro, who fell in love with his rakugo and became his apprentice. The second season, "Sukeroku Again Arc," which portrays Yotaro, who became a professional actor and succeeded to the "Sukeroku" name, is currently airing from January 2017.

Episode 8
Mangetsu returns to Kamigata Rakugo and Yotaro takes on an apprentice. Yakumo's retirement triggered everyone to try to preserve Yakumo's art and the rakugo that existed with him. Higuchi, too, was busy collecting Yakumo's materials and trying to put his footprints into a tangible form, but the man himself was bitterly disappointed. He was a rakugo storyteller who attracted people and drove them crazy. Now that rakugo is about to be turned away from him. Yakumo is facing the physical limits of his body, which he cannot deny. ......
