Spring anime "Armed Girl Machiavellism", opening theme is a new song by Ito Miki, who plays the role of Nono Momozu!

Information on the theme song of the spring anime "Armed Girl Machiavellism" scheduled to air from April has been announced.

Armed Girl Machiavellism" is an anime based on a manga serialized in "Monthly Shonen Ace" (KADOKAWA), written by Yuya Kurokami and drawn by Karuna Kanzaki. Set in a private school, Aiji Kyosei Academy, which is ruled by armed girls, this school rebellion battle action work depicts the main character, Fumichi Noumura, fighting against armed girls with "no sword" in order to win his freedom.

It has been announced that popular voice actress Miki Ito, who plays the role of Nono Mozu in this work, will sing the opening theme song "Shocking Blue". This will be Ms. Ito's first tie-up single.
The song features a speedy development suitable for battle action works and a sharp brass sound, and is said to be a song that shows her evolution and further potential as an artist.

A limited first pressing of the DVD containing the music video and a making-of featurette will also be released.
