Voice actress Maya Okamoto sings for the first time in 19 years! CD release of fictional 90's anime theme songs and insert songs! Jacket illustration by Kia Asamiya!

Popular voice actress Maya Okamoto, who has played the role of Emma Sheen in "Mobile Suit Z Gundam," Haruka Minato in "Mobile Battleship Nadesico," Yuki Ayaaki in "Silent Mobius," Soretta Orihime in "Sakura Wars," and many other popular characters in numerous anime and games, will release a CD after a 19-year gap.

This CD is a collection of theme songs and insert songs from "Raijin Yakei - ZANAM - Femme Fatale: Woman of Destiny," a "fictional series anime" that was set as a popular program broadcast in the 1990s. This is Okamoto-san's first work planned, produced and starring in the series.

The jacket illustration is by Kia Asamiya, a manga artist and illustrator who worked with Ms. Okamoto on "Silent Mobius," "Mobile Battleship Nadesico" (manga), and "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam" (original art). The lyrics for the theme song were written by RUCCA, who has provided lyrics for many voice actors and idols, and the lyrics for the insert song were written by Okamoto-san himself.

Let's make a CD! The project was first brought up by the manager. However, the more we talked about it, the more the content grew and before we knew it, we had to create a "fictitious anime" (......)!　Yes, theme songs and character songs for anime would be great! Let's do it! I said it, I said it, I said it. ...... and so on. Maya Okamoto will sing a (fictional) anime that was a big hit in the 90s! I say "original" but ...... it's still a character song, which is a contradiction. I'll make love to you!

I'm so happy to hear that Mamiya Okamoto is going to sing a song. And thankfully, I was given the opportunity to do the jacket. There was no way I could escape from this request from Mamiya Okamoto, no matter what excuse I gave. I readily agreed 0.5 seconds after I heard the story. And then I read the concept, the plan, and the idea...it's still amazing, Maya Okamoto-sama.
